The two bundles provide scalable entry points: the ProxiMeta Starter Bundle is tailored for early-career researchers, offering an affordable on-ramp for up to two samples with guaranteed library prep success and hands-on support, while the ProxiMeta Elite Bundle offers a turnkey, remote extension of lab operations for experienced investigators, including deep metagenomic shotgun sequencing and Hi-C assembly for up to eight samples performed entirely in-house. ProxiMeta Classic remains available as an à la carte option for customized projects, and the ProxiMeta platform is widely cited for its ability to generate high-quality genomes, resolve microbial population structure, and link mobile genetic elements to their hosts.
